Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, assisting in administrative tasks, and providing support to staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record in a professional office setting.
Duties:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Assist in the preparation of reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Proven experience in an office setting
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using various software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Familiarity with human resources processes is a plus
- Event planning experience is desirable
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Training development experience is a plus
