We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and update patient records
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working in a medical office or dental receptionist role is preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phone systems, copiers, and fax machines
- Experience with electronic medical record systems (eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
