This role will work closely with our Sales and Closing Coordinator and our Director of Pre-Construction on a variety of functions, including but not limited to what is listed below:
- Front Desk duties: Greeting clients/visitors to the departments or meetings.
- Manage the front desk area.
- Set-up Buildertrend accounts.
- Train new employees on Buildertrend and company processes.
- Create and update reports.
- Schedule design meetings with clients.
- Help plan company social events.
- Receive Packages/ Deliveries.
- Maintain Client Coffee Bar and Conference Rooms.
- Assist in the preparation of New Employee “Gift bags”.
- Assist in the preparation of Closing Package + Closing Gift.
- Assist in the preparation of New Job Folders (physical folders).
- Assist the Field team and Warranty team in Scheduling Warranty visits with homeowner.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
Previous experience customer service background.
MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Skills preferred:
Residential Construction Industry experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
