Key responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with senior leaders across the Shared Services LOBs to create executive ready presentations
Partner with LOB owners to create business cases, proposals and project plans to solve critical operational issues
Perform root cause analysis of issues and incidents to strengthen controls across the trade lifecycle
Lead and facilitate cross-operational forums that help identify and solve issues for shared services stakeholders
Contribute to streamlining the client experience, meet regulatory requirements and improve efficiency to the overall onboarding framework and specifically to the FX business expansion initiatives and workflows therein.
Develop a strong understanding of technology applications and systems ensuring strategic delivery and process efficiency within the Onboarding workflow
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Institutional Onboarding flows, negotiated documentation (ISDA, MSFTA, etc) and onboarding requirements across this client base
Experience identifying and driving process improvements in complex, institutional banking environment leveraging multiple systems, workflows, and team
Experience solving complex market related issues through analysis, technology change, system design, and process updates
Understanding of the FX markets, OTC marketplace and global currencies
Understanding of Markit Counterparty Manager, OMGEO, FXALL
Experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels
Ability to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients including escalations as needed
Experience with synthesizing data from multiple sources and presenting it in appropriate formats
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Ability to lead and operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, record actions, and achieve results
Overall cross-collaboration experience required to effectively engage both onshore and offshore counterparts
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
