In the Search Marketing Manager role, you’ll be at the helm of our SEM campaigns, developing strategies that will shape our industry presence, all while enjoying a supportive company culture.
You will work directly with a close-knit and inclusive marketing team, while partnering with company leadership. Your voice will be heard and valued as you develop this new role for our organization.

Available as either a remote or hybrid position, with preference given to candidates that can work in our Charlotte office 1-2 days monthly. Will require some in-person scheduled meetings for business purposes.
What Skills and Experience Are We Looking For?
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEMrush or Similar Tools. You’ll be creating search, display, and re-marketing ads.
- A Wordsmith who can craft compelling ad copy and creative that resonates with potential customers.
- Can navigate your way around WordPress without making our website go 404. You’ll need to be able to install extensions, implement schema, and more.
What Are the Job Responsibilities?
- Campaign Strategy and Planning: Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive research to create effective campaign structures.
- Ad Creation and Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that resonates with our potential customers.
- Budget Allocation and Management: Recommend budgets and maximize ROI across campaigns to optimize spend.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Analyze click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per conversion, and return on ad spend.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations.
- Search Engine Optimization: Responsible for recommending strategy and initiatives across onsite, offsite, and technical SEO to enhance organic visibility and rankings for top keywords.
