Network Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of networking concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage our company's network infrastructure efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
• Perform regular security audits and implement measures to protect against unauthorized access, viruses, and other threats.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement and support network-related projects.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving network-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in networking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Familiarity with firewall and security technologies (e.g., IDS/IPS, SIEM).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cisco or other networking certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.76 - $29.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
