We are currently looking for talented mid-level and senior Capital MarketsAssociate Attorneys to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in securitization, structured finance, and structured products. While experience in CLO, CMBS, Repo, and other ABL finance is a plus, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent academic credentials and a proven track record of solid law firm work experience.
