Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, Configure, Test, & Modify firewalls, switches, servers, and systems in Atlantic-IT Managed Environments. Perform server installations, firewalls, switches, routers. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations for PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, and Cyber Security Framework.
- Implement local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless, intranets, extranets, and other data networks
- Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and system performance
- Define roadmap designs for business technology initiatives
- Enforce policies for standardizing systems
- Manage all aspects of the Systems & Networking platform
- Troubleshoot network & system issues
- Monitor active network and server infrastructure
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Administer network security measures to prevent system interruptions or breaches
- Document all technical procedures and user guides
- Migrating clients to AZURE or AWS
- Configuring SD-WAN
- Administer and Engineer Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V
- Implement VDI and WVD solutions
- Configuring Firewalls and VPNs
- Manage and Implement Intune & Mobile Device Management
- Report real time status via the ticketing system (ConnectWise), shift reports, and email.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience with Microsoft based technologies and systems
- 3-5+ years of Windows Server
- 3-5+ years of Windows 7, 8, 10
- 3-5+ years of Exchange, SQL, google apps
- 3-5+ years of AWS & Azure
- 3-5 MS Office skills in a systems implementation and/or system administration roles
- 3-5+ years of Cisco, SonicWall experience desirable
- 3-5+ years of Hyper-V, VMware and/or Citrix experience are desirable
- 3-5+ years of SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Ruckus, Meraki
- 1-3+ years of WVD or VDI experience are desirable
- 1-3+ years of SD-WAN
- 1-3+ years if Certified CWAP
Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
- Previous experience in networking, IT, or other related fields
- Familiarity with architectural specifications
- Strong knowledge with researching communication networks
- Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive
- Familiarity with Intune
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Infrastructure skills such as installing/moving equipment, replacing defective components and cabling.
Able to quickly assess situations to pinpoint the scope/source of technical issues in a fast paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
