Falkin is a family run Pest Control Company which desires to provide the highest level in Pest Control Management to our Family, Friends, Acquaintances, and the General Public at large here in the Dallas area.

Career Path:

It is our desire that we hire friendly, confident individuals that help spread the word and earn the right to make a bid to provide Pest Control Services.

Those who are successful at this process – will then become technicians to provide those Pest Control services and learn the business inside and out.

After a technician has developed a clear understanding and has significant skill at developing business and providing the treatment, this person will become a manager to manage their own book of business under our umbrella. We provide everything you need, and your main focus will be on those things that grow revenue and maintain revenue.

Once you build your business to a level that is self-sustainable – we will start a process that will allow you to invest in virtually a 50 /50 ownership in your department.

Those professional salespeople we choose to hire can be developed into Business Mentors and share in the economic upside of the companies we invest into.
