Nature of Work:

The Senior Business DevelopmentAccount Executive is primarily responsible for generating revenue through B2B sales and renewals of team and premium inventory. Inventory includes the selling of all-inclusive clubs, corporate groups and team memberships. The Senior Business DevelopmentAccount Executive must have a proven track record in Business-to-Business sales, and be a professional and self-motivated individual

Examples of work performed:

  • Meet ticket sales seat and revenue goals tied to Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche Club Lexus, as well as Colorado Rapids suites, Summit Club and other premium spaces.
  • Drive new revenue in Colorado Avalanche, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, & Colorado Mammoth corporate season, partial, and group ticket packages.
  • Prospect, network, set appointments, fill pipelines and aggressively sell all available ticket packages.
  • Develop and execute season membership ROI for Business-to-Business programs.
  • Develop and execute premium ticket sales promotions.
  • Build relationships with current premium clients in order to renew and grow their accounts, in conjunction with Premium Service Managers.
  • Leverage account base to cross-sell and upsell products across KSE’s portfolio.
  • Manage premium accounts to ensure delivery of value, as well as maintain correct payment and contact information.
  • Handle a high level of sales activity and meet sales goals.
  • Set and conduct appointments throughout the Denver metro area.
  • Represent, actively promote, sell teams and service accounts at events; including games, outside ticket events, ticket on-sales not excluding nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum
    1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    2. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
  • Preferred
    1. Experience with sales processes and procedures.
    2. Firm understanding of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment ticket products and services.
    3. Established client base or extensive knowledge of Denver Metro market.
    4. Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven and extensive history selling to corporate prospects and customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Considerable knowledge of sales processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of the NBA, NHL, MLS, & NLL.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and assess customer needs.

Compensation

  • $28.85 per hour plus commission
