We're looking for an amazing Business Development Manager, National and Strategic Accounts to join Cunard. Cunard is one of the oldest and most famous ocean liners in the world. This is a remote position, based in our Santa Clarita office. You'll be responsible for managing the Business Development (sales) of a defined list of travel agency accounts and consortia's throughout North America to achieve Cunard Line's business objectives and sales goals. You'll promote company products to accounts through both virtual and on-site sales calls, ongoing strategy meetings as well as conferences and training workshops both in the field as well as events and onboard ships. You will also manage account marketing plans, co-op advertising, group planning and events, and develop training communications.

  • Participate in ship inspections and familiarization sailings

Requirements 

  • 3 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience 
  • 5 years of business to business (B2B) sales experience in the travel industry preferred
  • Strong in-person and virtual presentation skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Solid computer literacy
  • Salesforce or other similar CRM knowledge
  • Ability to plan, schedule, prioritize workload
  • Adaptable to change

  • Base Salary Range: $83,200.00 to $112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
