Job Type: Full-time, In-Office

Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team of designers (20 members) by effectively communicating client and company needs.
- Manage diverse projects, including High-Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments.
- Establish and oversee design criteria while adhering to general design standards.
- Efficiently lead a team of associate and design engineers with a problem-solving management style.
- Set project parameters to ensure timely delivery of quality plans.
- Collaborate directly with the principal to generate accurate and competitive proposals for business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or pending licensure).
- Expertise in AutoCad / Civil 3D.
- Excellent proficiency in preparing grading plans, utility plans, and site plans.
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- 5-10 years of experience in land development, including design and permits.
