Civil Engineer Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time, In-Office

Responsibilities:

• Lead a dynamic team of designers (20 members) by effectively communicating client and company needs.
• Manage diverse projects, including High-Density Residential, Shopping Centers, Auto Dealerships, Gas Stations, Amusement Parks, and QSR developments.
• Establish and oversee design criteria while adhering to general design standards.
• Efficiently lead a team of associate and design engineers with a problem-solving management style.
• Set project parameters to ensure timely delivery of quality plans.
• Collaborate directly with the principal to generate accurate and competitive proposals for business development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of California (or pending licensure).
• Expertise in AutoCad / Civil 3D.
• Excellent proficiency in preparing grading plans, utility plans, and site plans.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet demanding deadlines.
• 5-10 years of experience in land development, including design and permits.
