Express Employment is looking for an Bookkeeper/Office Manager. This position requires current 3-5 years of experience.
Pay: $18 - $24/Hour DOE
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Oroville, Ca
Job Description:
• Processing Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Documenting financial transaction details and monitoring the transactions
• Reconciling company accounts
• Deposit checks
• Payroll
• Run reports
• Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Manage relationships with vendors and all others ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Current 3-5 years of experience
• QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
