Job Description:
As a Bookkeeper at EB Denim, you will be responsible for a wide range of financial tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial information. Your primary focus will be cash flow management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, P&L reporting, payroll, and budget management. You will work closely with the finance team and report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications:
*Experience in the garment, fashion, or retail industry is a plus!
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, cash flow management, accounts payable/receivable, P&L reporting, and budget management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP -UPHANCE or similar) and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations, including sales tax laws and reporting requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
