Customer Service/Office Manager
Looking for a qualified individual with excellent customer service skills. We are a small family-owned business that has been in the Coachella Valley for over 35 years with our office located in Palm Desert near Washington & Country Club Drive. The position is available immediately.
Minimum Job Responsibilities required:
-Data entry into Quickbooks and Shopify
-Phone/e-mail correspondence with customers nationwide and Internationally. Taking phone orders, answering questions, resolving problems
-Website/Amazon maintenance including processing orders
-Payables & Receivables
We are looking for a long-term employee who will grow within the position and within the Company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Experience level:
- 3 years
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
