Office Manager / Bookkeeper (Work from Home)
Looking for an experienced Office Manager / Bookkeeper to run a family owned plumbing company. *Work from home in area of Business (Southern California)
Duties include but not limited to:
*Answering all calls on company issued phone
*Schedule daily service calls and all appointments
* Daily invoicing
*Reconcile Quickbooks / Banking
*Processing Bi monthly payroll
*Accounts Receivable
*Accounts Payable
*Report Payroll Taxes
*Handle Workers Comp and General Liability Insurance Renewal on yearly basis
*Handle company purchases
* Run company errands when needed
*Handle quarterly meeting with Accountant
*Prepare documents for tax consultant to prepare for yearly filing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Note: The employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
