Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations and administration
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Ensure efficient office workflow and implement process improvements
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or related field
- Strong knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in team management and collaboration
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
