```Responsibilities:```
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly accounting using Quickbooks
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Maintain lab supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Supervise and support administrative staff
- Ensure efficient office workflow and implement process improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with file management and document organization
```Requirements:```
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 4+ years experience with QuickBooks Online
- Knowledge of vendor management processes
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus
- Familiarty with payroll system.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred
