- Monthly bank reconciliations and making sure balance sheet matches bank statements, credit card statements, and loan statements
- Accounts payable
- Profit and loss
- Balance sheets
- Daily bank reports
- Familiar with making journal entries
- Updating accounts payables
- Familiar with setting up HR policies
- Processing checks runs
- Maintaining communication with vendors
- Processing payroll for associates based on agreements and employess
- Will serve as executive assistant for CEO and Primary Bookkeeper
- Must be familiar with simple tasks such as Google searches and able to take little to no direction to get a task done.
- There will be some broad tasks assigned as well such as pulling credit reports for the owner and sending company financial information to banks.
Please be familiar with QuickBooks online. Speed and attention to detail is important.
