Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant
A real-estate investment firm is looking to hire a dedicated and motivated assistant to oversee a portfolio of multiple properties.
Job Description
- Organize files such as insurance policies, tax returns, lease agreements, rent rolls, financial statements etc.
- Getting quotes from contractors for remodeling.
- Bank reconciliation
Qualifications
- Must know word, excel, google docs, outlook and quick books, AppFolio is a MUST!
- Highly organized with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Dedicated person who is looking for a long term and steady position.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
Real-estate experience is a must!!!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
