`Duties```
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as account analysis and financial report writing
- Process employee records
- Perform data entry and maintain databases
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional manner
```Skills```
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as CLIO, and QUICKBOOKS to perform financial tasks
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and ability to analyze accounts
- Knowledge of tax regulations and ability to assist with tax-related tasks
- Accurate 10-key typing skills for data entry purposes
- Familiarity with governmental accounting procedures is a plus
- Experience with payroll processing is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
