```Duties```
- Prepare and process accounts payables, receivables and collections
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records for Construction Projects and Payroll
- Support the Controller and Project Management Team with various administrative tasks -- Work with subcontractors to ensure insurance and lien releases are in order -Administrative duties for Project set-up. -Answer phone calls -Order and maintain office supplies
```Experience```
- Previous experience in office administration/ bookkeeping in construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of Sage-Timberline and Procore preferred
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a construction office background, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills are also essential for this role.
