Bookkeeper Accountant 1 Day / Week Between 9Am & 5Pm

Part time work in Sherman Oaks 1 day a week with a flexible schedule. Offices are open from 9am - 5pm. May be every other week for 1 day. Can also be 2 full days every 3 weeks.

This position will work with CPA to submit required reports and will report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Reconciling accounts and building and correcting Chart of Accounts

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Accounting
Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks Online Edition
Strong organizational skills

To be clear, we are a behind in reconciliation and need someone familiar with this to get us current. There will little (if any) AR/AP
