Salary Range:

           $115,000 to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

As an LCSW, you'll have the opportunity to provide essential psychotherapy services to individuals with various mental health concerns. Here's a glimpse of what your responsibilities will entail:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and solution-based interventions. You'll create a roadmap to guide your clients on their journey to wellness.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities. Your compassionate approach will help clients find strength and resilience.
• Keep accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your attention to detail will play a vital role in maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Together, you'll provide comprehensive and holistic care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• You hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, showcasing your commitment to academic excellence.
