Our organization, Living Water Clinic, is actively searching for a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a Healthcare Finance Bookkeeper. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our healthcare operations while contributing to the growth and development of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Financial Management:
- Execute bookkeeping tasks, manage accounts receivable, and handle billing processes with precision.
- Work closely with the Executive Director and Vice President to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Operational Assistance:
- Collaborate with various departments, providing support to Clinic Managers and Clinical Support Staff.
- Contribute to the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Business Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies to support organizational growth.
- Play a crucial role in Revenue Cycle Management, overseeing billing processes and insurance claims.
- Administrative Support:
- Alleviate the workload of executive leadership by managing administrative tasks and financial operations.
- Cultural Alignment:
- Embrace and contribute to our organization's mission-driven culture.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Healthcare Finance, bookkeeping, and related responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google workspaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information discreetly.
- Flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.

Preferable Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare management, business administration, finance, or related field, preferably MBA (Will consider bachelor's degree in accounting or finance).
- Experience in healthcare administration, finance, project management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with partnerships and vendors..
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and finance.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new challenges as needed.
Physical Requirements Of The Position:
- This position will be working in multiple office settings, with no extremes in temperature or lighting.
- Reliable transportation to and from multiple office settings is required.
- Possible accommodations needed should be discussed prior to the onset of employment and/or the interview process.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and transport items in and out of vehicles. Ability to work on feet/run errands for 4+ hours per day as needed. Ability to sit at a desk for 6+ hours per day.
Schedule:
- Full-time.
- Monday to Friday.
- 8-hour shift.
