Bookkeeping-
Monthly entry and bank reconciliations.
Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements.
Prepare and file transient occupancy tax filings.
Payroll-
Process payroll every other week with additional activities to include final checks, missed hours check, new employee and garnishment activities and other activities as needed.
Process end of quarter and year end payroll tax returns and Forms 1099.
Computer Skills-
QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Office Excel and Word.
General office – Answer telephone and assist walk in customers. Maintain cleanliness of office area as we all do.
Payroll and bookkeeping experience necessary. Accounting/bookkeeping coursework preferred.
Employment is three days per week including Wednesdays and Thursdays leading in to full time over the course of two years. Flexible on start date. Wages based upon experience.
