SalaryAudio Visual company is looking for a bookkeeper.
Responsibility:
- reconciliation the bank accounts;
- Data Entry;
- Time tracking
- Invoicing.
· Payroll management
· Review Purchase orders and requisitions
- all logistics-related to inventory.
· Create and track purchase orders to ensure delivery.
- follow up with clients about payments.
- pulling the numbers from data for financial meetings.
- organizing ordering or tracking the orders.
- organizing 1099, W2.
- Band deposits.
It's a part-time job, around 16 hours per week in our office in Beverly Hills.
Experience:
- 5 years or more experience in bookkeeping
- working in Construction or AT, IT spheres is a plus
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with technical accounting procedures and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.02 - $33.74 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
