Reputable, Natiaonal Insurance Defense Law Firm with offices in multiple states is looking for a professional, friendly BILINGUAL Law Firm Receptionist / Admin to answer large volume of new client calls, take messages, scheduling, file management, and perform other clerical office tasks. (This position is 100% "in office", it is not hybrid or remote. If you are looking to work from home, please do not apply. The receptionist position is one of the most important roles in the firm because he/she is the “first face/contact” people have of our offices).
***MUST BE BILINGUAL! THIS POSITION REQUIRES THAT YOU ARE 100% FLUENT IN SPANISH (READING AND WRITING!)***
The ideal candidate(s) would have AT LEAST ONE (1) YEAR LEGAL RECEPTIONIST EXPEICNE; and will be a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. Duties will be assigned as required (i.e. administrative work, meeting set ups, and general clerical support). This position requires the person be in-office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Translation (English / Spanish), when needed
- Answer and screen incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Maintain and update the firm’s phone extension list
- Manage conference room reservations
- Assist the Accounting Department with processing vendor invoices
- Other assistance as required
Skills for this position include:
- Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize and follow through with plans/tasks
- Maintain firm and client confidentiality
- Proficiency with Outlook and Word – Excel a plus
- Positive attitude
- Previous law firm experience a plus
