Super nice law firm needs office admin to handle the firms Front Desk. There's not a lot of calls that come into the office but you do sit at the Front Desk. This position has the potential to grow in the future. Handle all sorts of things for the attorneys, paralegal and legal assistants including the following.
- Organizing documents
- Scanning, copying, profiling legal documents
- Opening and closing files
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail including registered mail, Federal Express, UPS, etc.
- Entering information into the firms case management system
- Office Supplies
- And all sorts of administrative duties
