Legal Receptionist for boutique law firm. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls to the firm, preparing mailings, responding to emails, coordinating conference room bookings and new client consultations. Should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office and basic letter preparation. Prior experience in a law firm or title company is a plus but is not required. Proficiency in speaking Portuguese or Spanish is a plus as well, but are also not required.
