Legal Assistant/Back Up Receptionist

Many first responders are afflicted with PTSD, heart disease, hypertension, hepatitis, chronic back injuries, hearing loss and more. Our firm proudly represents first responders to navigate through workers’ compensation, disability pension, Social Security disability, personal injury and more. We’re proud of the work that we do to help the first responders who help our community. We’re are currently seeking a Legal Assistant/Back Up Receptionist to join our team.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

• Opening new files in the case management system
• Draft initial opening documents and request initial medical records
• Scheduling for Attorneys
• Back up Receptionist
• Back up Intake Coordinator - conduct intakes and provide support as needed
• Assist paralegals with overflow work
• General administrative office duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Legal administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
