Law Firm Receptionist

Naples Law Firm seeks a professional and experienced Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant for combined front desk responsibilities and other administrative/clerical duties. A comprehensive benefits package offered after a waiting period. The schedule is Monday- Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on-site.

Must have excellent typing skills, a front-office professional appearance, an outgoing and positive personality, and be able to maintain multiple duties while taking care of the phones and visitors. Law firm experience a must.

Responsibilities - Receptionist

• Answering phones.
• Maintain a computerized phone system.
• Organize kitchen and common areas.
• Cheerfully greet visitors to the office.
• Receive mail and deliver interoffice.
• Open client files in the computer software system and make physical files.
• Receive credit card information from clients.
• Filing, scanning, ordering, and conference rooms maintenance and ordering.
• Typing, data entry, scheduling.
• Assisting paralegals and attorneys with administrative tasks.

Hours:

Compensation

$37,000 - $42,000 plus benefits depending on experience (Law Firm)
