Required Skills: **
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Job Description: **
Position: RN - Senior Behavioral Health.
- Shifts: Day shift, Night Shift, and Weekend Programs available.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Day shift, $15,000 for Night Shift (paid within 30 days of start, requires a two-year agreement).
- Schedule: Full Time (0.9 FTE); three 12-hour shifts per week with every 5th weekend rotation.
- Responsibilities: Provide individualized psychiatric nursing care in a professional and compassionate manner. Assess patient needs, plan and evaluate patient care, ensure patient safety, and facilitate effective communication within the healthcare team.
- Other Qualifications: **
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
- Skills: Ability to work independently, strong leadership in guiding nursing team members, excellent communication skills, and commitment to high standards of patient care.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
