Salary11 Attorney Law Firm looking for a receptionist as a full-time position (bilingual requested {Spanish}). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, with limited or no supervision.
Responsibilities and Duties: Common duties include answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, faxing, filing, scanning handling and distributing mail, data entry, clerical, and scheduling appointments. This position calls for a highly organized and customer-service minded individual, working internally with management, and other office staff. Office hours are from 8:45a - 5:30p Monday through Friday with one hour lunch.
Salary commensurate with experience.
