Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the Assistant role to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This position will play a critical role in supporting the marketing department's operations, focusing on lead management, design, project management, team management, and departmental scheduling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent design skills, project management expertise, and the ability to effectively manage teams and schedules as well as managing call center department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of leads generated by marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the call center team to ensure leads are promptly followed up on and nurtured through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and processes.
- Utilize creative design skills to develop visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and promotional collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing assets.
- Support the CMO in overseeing marketing projects from conception to completion
- Assist in defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide leadership and support to the call center team responsible for lead follow-up and customer engagement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting team cohesion and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Manage departmental schedules, including meetings, appointments, and project deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Provide comprehensive support to the CMO in all aspects of their role, including administrative tasks, communication management, and strategic planning.
- Anticipate the CMO's needs and proactively address them to facilitate smooth operations and decision-making.
- Create reports and conduct analysis based on the CMO's request
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role
- Excellent management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
- Excellent understanding of technology, software applications, and phone and computer systems
