Job Description
Position Summary:
The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the company's efforts related to marketing strategies and execution, and all aspects of brand initiatives. This position oversees at a high level the successful creation, development, and execution of all marketing efforts, while leading a diverse team of marketing professionals. This includes, but is not limited to: advertising, direct mail, promotions, digital marketing, events and entertainment.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Act as a thought-leader and change-agent across all aspects of marketing.
3. Develop high level marketing and brand strategy that aligns with strategic pillars.
4. Manage the strategy and creation of all branding, website content, public relations, social media and marketing campaigns.
5. Define, gain consensus for and implement measurable strategies that will drive revenue and increase awareness.
6. Develop a marketing plan that reaches target segments quickly and effectively.
7. Use analytics, market research, communication, advertising, public relations and digital marketing to generate profitable leads.
8. Refine and optimize marketing campaigns continuously.
9. Lead all marketing projects, including launches, collateral, customer communications, online
campaigns and multimedia.
