Salary Range: $135,000.00 To 175,000.00 Annually

Job Description

As Chief Marketing Officer at Omega Law Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance the firm's brand, drive client acquisition, and support business growth. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with various teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with the firm's business goals and objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage the PPC, SEO, SEM, and other marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
• Collaborate with other departments, including legal, IT, talent, and sales, to align marketing strategies with overall business initiatives
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI
• Lead efforts to enhance the firm's brand visibility and reputation in the market

Requirements:

• 10+ of experience in Marketing, with 5+ years of experience in people management
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies
• Deep understanding of the latest marketing trends and technologies, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
