Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, communicate, and execute the company's marketing strategy and annual marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency and relevance across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a senior marketing executive in USA (5 years and more).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
