Public Works Contractor is seeking an Office/Administrative Assistant. Duties will include (but may not be limited to) data entry, filing, phone and email correspondences, project start-up and closeout documentation and assistance, spreadsheet and job log maintenance, prequalifications, subcontractor outreach, procurement of job plans and bid bonds, data entry, some payroll-related responsibilities, and occasional courier duties. A clean driving record and reliable vehicle of one's own is essential and non-negotiable. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong communication skills. Hours can be flexible and salary will be commensurate with experience.
