Brown Immigration Law is seeking a Receptionist/Legal Assistant in our growing Orlando, Florida office. Core duties include working with immigration attorneys to prepare legal filings for diverse clients in the dynamic field of immigration law, greeting clients, answering calls and fielding them according, scheduling appointments and maintaining attorney calendars. Seeking applicants with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and strong written and communication skills. Previous experience in working with law firm is also desired, but not required. Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
