Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week/schedule is flexible Monday-Friday). Responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
• ​Support Marketing activities and projects
• File and maintain documents and records
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
• Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
• Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

• A minimum of 2 years previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word & Excel
• Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Please note that this position is for an on-site Administrative Assistant at our office location.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
