We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position (20-25 hours per week/schedule is flexible Monday-Friday). Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Support Marketing activities and projects
- File and maintain documents and records
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word & Excel
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
