JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Director of Dinning this position will be responsible for serving at mealtimes for their scheduled shift and in-between meals they are responsible for cleaning and prepping for the following meal.

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Assists in the preparation of salads, dessert and fruit as directed.

§ Thoroughly cleans the dining room and server area in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.

§ Performs duties in a timely fashion, and within the approved time frames.

§ Exercises good judgment in preparation of proper food quantities and timely preparation.

§ Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor, assistant manager, and/or manager.

§ Completes mandatory training and/ or routine training per facility policy such as HIPPA, abuse, resident’s rights, dementia, ethics, and emergency preparedness.

§ Busing tables in-between courses, after service busing tables, and resetting for the following meals.

§ In-between services servers are to clean the dining room and server areas.

EDUCATION and EXPEREINCE:

§ Preferably possesses a high school diploma or GED.

PAY: $16.65-$18.65 per hour
