A pioneering force in aquatic construction is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team! This is a full time, temp to hire Administrative Assistant position where you'll get full training on their systems and processes, but they're looking for someone with previous experience who can jump right in.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the President and VP of Operations in day-to-day tasks.
- Manage and organize the executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a key point of contact between the executives, clients, and construction department.
- Assist in tracking project milestones, deadlines, and budgets.
- Input and manage data related to reports and projects.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4pm
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, executive assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Pay: $28/hr-$32/hr
