Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to support our company's growth in product and customer service excellence. As we expand rapidly, we need someone with an ownership mindset who thrives in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform various tasks following established procedures while also being innovative and adaptable to enhance our processes continually. A passion for writing and grammar is crucial, as you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality written communications.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Onboarding and managing new accounts for our clients in our cloud-based platform
- Updating client files for billing and contact purposes
- Contacting clients for additional information and basic customer service needs
- Assisting with writing for our digital health guidance platform
- Managing product demos and tutorials scheduling
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Assisting with travel arrangements and event registrations

Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting executives or business owners.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with the internet; familiarity with Mac is advantageous
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Experience in customer support, guest relations, or as a first point of contact.
- The salary range for this position is $42,500 to $50,000 per year.

Proficiency in office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (or their Mac equivalents) is required. A basic understanding of web-based forms and cloud applications like Wordpress, Canvas, and CRM software is also necessary.
If you are proactive, quick to learn, and able to find efficient solutions, this role is ideal for you. We are seeking someone who can work both independently and as part of a team, effectively managing their workload.
