Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of highly responsible and complex administrative support duties for an assigned director or assigned division head such as completing reimbursement reports, completing organizational reports, completing expense reports, schedule management, and creating agendas.
- Oversee and direct office activities and serves as a liaison at reception area to include: Mail processing, stocking supplies, oversee shipping and receiving, visitor and vendor check-in, and timekeeping.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in related field.
- One (1) year of related experience
- Proficient knowledge in computer systems like; word, excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Directly related experience may be substituted for education.
- Four (4) years of directly related experience
