- Author and sign Thank You letters and Cost Letters
- Maintain Attorney Service Club Files and Schedule Activities
- Light Bookkeeping and Accounting
- Filing
- Library Duties
- Process Incoming Mail
- Handle Phone Calls and Reception Duties
- Receive Clients and Other Visitors to the Office
- Maintain Office Supplies
