Housekeeper (Airport Lounge, Terminal 4)

The Role: Housekeeper

We are currently looking for motivated and experienced Housekeepers to join the professional hospitality team at our exclusive Escape and Centurion Lounges at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).

Reporting directly to the Lounge Managers and Supervisors, this role will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the lounge to ensure a high standard of hygiene in the preparation, service and guest areas.

Job Responsibilities

· Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the lounges, restrooms and showers to a high standard at all times.

· Disposing of waste, including recycling, compost and trash in the appropriate manner and, if required, to remove it to the designated locations.

· Cleaning and stocking of restrooms facilities.

· Daily detail cleaning as assigned

· Adherence to cleaning standards that meet and exceed daily cleaning Audits

· Other duties will be assigned as needed

Qualifications and Skills

As the successful candidates, you will have experience within the hospitality/housekeeping sector with a proven track record in the delivery of high-end service.

· You must be a team player and be able to work in collaboration with your teammates.

· Given the nature of the Airport Lounge, you will have to be flexible around shift times and availability.

· It is critical that you are computer literate and have used booking systems and electronic point of sales systems previously.

· You must be over 19 years old to comply with our service of alcohol policy.

· You must be able to pass a TSA background check in order to obtain an airport badge.
