Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, timely and effective customer service.
- Collaborate productively and assist team members.
- Propose innovative solutions.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and voice mails.
- Greet clients, prospective clients, and visitors.
- Receive, distribute, and reconcile mail.
- Perform general clerical duties.
- Process invoices.
- Work and monitor reports from financial systems.
- Other duties may be requested/assigned.
Requirements
Skills/Experience/Education
- High school diploma required; college or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to learn computer financial system.
- Strong communications, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and manages expected workload.
- Organized, efficient, multi-tasker.
- Positively takes on responsibilities and adapts to changes.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Contributes to projects and meets deadlines.
- Deals effectively with pressure situations and resolves issues.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Essential Mental & Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret a document if required to perform the essential job functions.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer may be required.
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 15 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions. If the employee is unable to lift/move/carry this weight and can be accommodated without causing the department/division and "undue hardship" then the employee must be accommodated; hence omitting lifting/moving/carrying as a physical requirement.
