Administrative Assistant Real Estate Title Insurance/Post Closer

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for the senior staff at our company. Real Estate Administrator and Post Closer training available.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative needs of Senior Staff
• Arrange conference calls and meetings
• Mail, ship and receive documents
• Receive visitors, reception and phone
• Maintain and order supplies

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in other related fields
• Pleasant, Responsible and Attentive to details
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Computer Literate in Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Wages and compensation subject to experience and education
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate transactions beneficial
