As an Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests and suppliers delivering to our office, answering phone calls and routing them to in-house Tour Managers handling travel and logistics for Diamond Tours customers. Quick typing skills are required.
Diamond Tours, Inc. is currently seeking a friendly candidate with strong sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task are required. This job is in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidates:
- Three or more consecutive years with the same employer.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- College degree preferred.
What the Job Entails:
- Receptionist is in communication via phone with vendors or group leaders of multi-day bus tours.
- Quick keyboard skills. (Bus manifests, rooming lists)
- This is an in-office, non-remote position. No traveling is required. Overtime is possible in busy season.
- Office hours 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday. HSA Health Insurance is offered.
